Welcome to the Foothills Spiritual Life Centre, a non-profit enterprise that seeks to help people explore the richness of the spirit. The Centre welcomes those of all faith traditions alongside those with none. We value the sacredness and beauty of all life and seek to bring those values into everyday living through public talks, programs, courses, small groups, experiential learning, spiritual direction and community events. Our goal is to create a safe space in which to foster courage, strength and resilience in an increasingly fractured world. We trust our spiritual development will be supported through deepening dialogue with each other. As a community organization not affiliated with any particular religion, we are open to exploring expressions of spirituality in many traditions. In these challenging times, the health and strength of the human spirit is critical to positive living.

The FSLC was born in 2025 as an initiative of a small group of people with a shared desire to look more deeply into the meaning of life, and to connect people to deep spirituality in every aspect of life – with self, with others, and with nature. We offer gratitude to all who partner with and support the Foothills Spiritual Life Centre through generous financial gifts. The Centre is funded entirely by donations and free will offerings, combined with a small Mission and Service Grant for Ministries in Chinook Winds Region of the United Church of Canada.
We currently offer all events free of charge to ensure inclusivity. We welcome individual contributions, both at our events and online, here.
